Jim Pasquale
Owner

Jim started taking cars apart with his father and brother at the age of 12.  He attended Michigan State University and later moved to Monument, Colorado to found JJ Tracks.  Jim has been in the automotive repair industry since 1976 and JJ Tracks has been doing successful business since 1987.  Jim has stayed an active member of the community, establishing JJ Tracks as the premier repair facility in the Tri-Lakes area.

Sam Kimball
General Manager

Sam began his career in the automotive industry in 1979. Starting out in the parts side of the industry, Sam amassed a significant amount of experience managing aftermarket parts suppliers. He then landed a management position at Factory Motor Parts in Colorado Springs, where one of his frequent customers was JJ Tracks. Sam became the General Manager of JJ Tracks in 2004 – where his considerable knowledge of parts and automobiles has molded the business into the professional, honest, and efficient repair facility it is today.

Wayne Griffin
Shop Foreman

Wayne Griffin holds the title of shop foreman. Wayne has 25 years of experience in both the repair and service sides of the automotive industry. He is an ASE Certified Technician and holds an array of other certifications and training in the field of automotive repair. Wayne’s extensive experience and training makes him the ideal liaison between the technician and the customer.
